  • The Uncle Ian Bowl- $8.00- Our slow cooked brisket served over a bed of creamy stone ground cheese grits and topped with smoky bbq sauce and chipotle cream.
  • The Black and Tan Bowl - $8.00 - Half slow roasted brisket and half slow roasted chicken breast served over a bed of creamy stone ground cheese grits.
  • Dog Bowl - $8.00 - Our oven roasted potatoes topped with your choice of Chicken, Beef, or Smoked Pork, shredded cheddar cheese and topped with our fresh whipped horseradish cream

  • The Flying Walenda Bowl- $8.00 -  Slow roasted brisket served over a bed of oven roasted potatoes and topped  with BBQ sauce and fresh whipped horseradish cream.
